We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across India. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout.

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is planned for late 2025.

We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid) — a plant-based, biodegradable thermoplastic. Some products use PETG for extra durability. Material is noted on each product page.

Standard PLA prints are NOT food-safe as the layer lines can harbour bacteria. We do not recommend using our products for food storage or serving.

Yes! We offer customisation for most products. Email bulk@Mexitry.in with your requirements and we'll provide a quote within 24 hours.

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, or temperatures above 60°C — PLA can warp.

We accept UPI, all major debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI via Razorpay, plus Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under ₹5,000.

Yes. We use Razorpay — a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened / undamaged items. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item. Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days.
