How the return process works

Initiate Return

Email hello@Mexitry.in with your order number and reason within 30 days of delivery.

We Confirm

Our team will review and send you a return authorisation within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and ship to our Bengaluru address. We'll share a prepaid label for eligible returns.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days.
